Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with PraXis Realty OS, operated by Practice Proactive High Performance Management LTD. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions and platform fees purchased through our Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payments partner, Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team through the Service. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a few business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing & Plans page in your account. On cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself trigger a refund of already-paid fees outside of the 30-day window above.

Rent & deposits

This Refund Policy applies only to fees paid to Practice Proactive High Performance Management LTD for use of the Service. Rent and security deposits paid to landlords are governed by the underlying tenancy agreement and are not refundable through this policy.
