Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of PraXis Realty OS (the "Service"), operated by Practice Proactive High Performance Management LTD, trading as PraXis Realty ("we", "us"). By creating an account, listing a property, submitting an application, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & authority

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. The Service

PraXis is a verified marketplace that helps tenants discover rental properties and helps landlords advertise and manage them. PraXis is not a party to any tenancy agreement entered into between a landlord and a tenant. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

4. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

  • use the Service in violation of any applicable law;
  • submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information (including fake listings or fake applications);
  • infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of any person;
  • upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape or probe the Service, or otherwise interfere with its security or availability;
  • use the Service to harass, defame, or discriminate against any person.

5. Account & content

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You grant PraXis a limited licence to host and process content you submit (listings, photos, messages) solely to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual property

PraXis retains ownership of the Service and all related software, design, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent any technical limits of the Service.

7. Service level

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Payments, subscriptions and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a subscription or a one-time fee through the Service you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics. Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence shown at checkout until cancelled.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your content after a reasonable export window.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service is capped at the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify PraXis against any third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Abuja have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
